Out of Hours

LAGANDOC, the local out of hours provider, looks after the urgent needs of patients from 6.00 pm to 8.30 am weekdays, and 24 hours at weekends and bank holidays.  Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.


Appointments can be made through reception. Telephone 028 9260 3111 or via this website with your login (ask at reception for details). Normal appointments are for 10 minutes only and cannot accommodate two people unless prior agreed by the doctor.  Please note that appointments that will require longer than 10 minutes such as minor surgical procedures or private medicals are not appropriate to book online and should be booked by telephone.

Repeat Prescriptions

You can order you repeat prescriptions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on the 24 hour repeat prescription line (02892603111 option 1) or through this website with your login (ask at reception for details).

Medical Students and Training Doctors - We are an approved training practice for medical students and qualified doctors to gain experience in general practice. If the doctor has a student with them the doctor/receptionist will inform you. If you are not happy to have another person present please advise us accordingly.
